Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you full control over your email boxes and e-mail campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate interface, you can set up a brand new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mail box to another, set up e-mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and guard your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesired mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be deleted or redirected to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtrating your incoming messages on the basis of specific criteria set by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and set the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the e-mail account you would like to redirect e-mail messages from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily set up the email client of your choice to access your e-mailboxes. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you wish to set up on your PC or smartphone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager GUI will also enable you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
